Setup charges for the 1st sketch is $40.00 and a Screen charge is $45.00
Standard factory placement of cored holes may interfere with copy design.
The factory will not be held liable for obtaining authorization to reproduce trademarks or logos.
Side copy add 0.25 for each side.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Delivery: Re-orders: 7-8 weeks for production plus shipping time.
New Orders: 8 weeks after art approval plus shipping.
Approximate weight: 30 lbs. per 200 plates, bulk packed.
